We begin the process with a detailed conversation. We look at what your needs and wants are. Then we see if your budget and dream are on the same page. If your budget isn’t quite in line with what you envision we can help. Many time what we can suggest at a more affordable cost can actually be an improvement on your original concept. We will discuss not only what tile looks good but how it will perform under everyday use. When we are done you will have a look and estimate for the project.

acquisition 

Now is when we purchase all the needed materials. We make sure the order will be on time so as not to hold up progress on your job. We always use the highest quality materials available today. At this point we will have an accurate time frame when the project can begin.

demolition 

OK, were not going to sugar coat – demolition is messy. Sometimes very messy. ITB goes the extra step to make sure the demo is done as clean as possible. We enclose the area sealing off the room and use negative room air pressure to exchange dusty air. At the end of the day we won’t leave a mess. We make sure the jobsite is as clean as possible durring the demo.

installation 

Here’s where the fun begins! You will watch on a daily basis the progress being made. You will be updated at the start of the day what work is expected to be done that day. Again at the end of the day you will be briefed on what was accomplished that day. Once again we are sure to be as clean as possible.
